The Math & Science of Indigenous Peoples (MSIP) 8-week program merges STEM concepts with the cultures and traditions of Indigenous Peoples, and empowers youth to strengthen and preserve their communities by acquiring new knowledge and skills. Through collaboration and the enthusiastic support of tribal leaders, Calculus Roundtable's team of teachers, college fellows and instructional coaches conduct nature walks, computer training, and hands-on activities related to algebra, geometry, engineering, and the natural sciences. The MSIP program facilitates an invaluable exchange of knowledge that can only lead to brighter futures for all involved.
