Biggest Loser Challenge

Research tells us that regular physical activity and controlling your weight

is an important way to lower stroke risk. That is why MSCS will host 3week,

“Biggest Loser” Challenge from, May 7, 2023, to May 26, 2023.

• The cost to participate is $10.00 per participant (instructions on how

to pay)

• Employees will go to the MSCS Family Care Center at 130 Flicker St,

Memphis (must show badge)

• The employees’ weight and BMI will be recorded.

• Employees will return to the MSCS Family Care Center at 130 Flicker

St, Memphis for final weigh-in and BMI Check.

• The winner will win a cash prize.
