The Billy J Walker Sr. Scholarship Fund will commemorate the life of coach, mentor, community leader and philanthropist, Billy J. Walker Sr. This scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior student from the Shelby County Schools’ Student Congress that embodies student leadership, amplifies student voice, and engages in community activism.
This is an annual scholarship awarded each year in May.
