Our Crowdfunding Groups
In an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19 Shelby County Schools students will be learning virtually. The school system is providing a digital device for every student in SCS and wifi for families in need. Individual School Board Members are coming together to raise private funds to support families who are struggling to keep their utilities on. We know that if there is no power in the homes, students will fall behind in their learning. This is an independent external initiative of School Board Members facilitated by SchoolSeed Foundation. SchoolSeed Foundation is the independent foundation of Shelby County Schools. SchoolSeed will manage the application process, verification and disbursement to qualified households as funds are available. Your contribution will support our efforts.
